An Antibes yacht party with room for the occasion
Start an Antibes yacht party with the guest list and the way you want to spend time together. Dining, dancing and a swim stop use the boat in very different ways.
Your Antibes charter, from boarding to return
Send the date, the people coming and your preferred part of the Riviera. We will work through the yacht and departure choices so your quote covers the trip you actually want.

Match the party to usable space
A photograph of a broad foredeck does not establish a suitable place for a party. Ask where guests may gather while underway, which areas are available when stopped and how the crew maintains clear access. The practical social space depends on furniture, cover and circulation as much as the vessel’s overall length.
Count everyone, including children and any photographer or entertainer. Share the intended activity rather than simply requesting a large capacity. A yacht that suits a seated group may not offer the open floor area you imagine. The operator must confirm the permitted number and programme for the actual vessel and charter use.
Choose a pace that suits the Antibes departure
Decide whether cruising is a major part of the celebration or a way to reach a comfortable stop. A coastal circuit around the cap can keep the programme compact. A more distant destination needs enough hours for the journey, service and return, particularly when the party has another booking ashore afterwards.
Ask for the actual boarding point before organising group transport. Guests staying in different Riviera towns need one clear arrival plan, with time allowed for the last walk to the berth. A late arrival can compress the event, so appoint an organiser who can communicate with the guests and the operator on the day.
Discuss music, food and extras honestly
Explain the intended music level and ask what system is fitted and permitted. A yacht-party enquiry does not include a DJ, sound installation or unrestricted entertainment. Any supplier must be agreed with the operator, with access, setup and removal considered alongside the crew’s ordinary work.
For food, decide between a meal, light dishes and refreshments. Confirm who provides and serves them, how dietary information is handled and where waste is kept. Decorations and personal supplies also need approval. Keep loose objects under control and do not design a celebration around throwing anything overboard or attaching items without permission.
Compare the whole event rather than an hourly headline
The proposal should put the yacht, approved guest number, charter hours and departure in plain view. Check whether fuel, service and catering follow the same scope across options. If the plan includes time alongside as well as cruising, ask how each part is treated and whether the guest arrangements differ.
Make sure everyone understands the captain’s authority to adjust the route or stop an unsuitable activity. Ask about the contractual approach to weather changes before paying. Send the date, approximate guest group, meal preference and atmosphere you want; that gives the planner a useful basis for seeking a verified yacht that fits your party.
Checks for the course you have chosen
Can we bring a DJ or entertainer?
Request that specifically. Equipment, space, sound limits, guest count and supplier access must be approved for the actual vessel and departure.
Does party capacity equal the number of beds?
No. Accommodation and the approved daytime guest allowance are different. The operator must confirm the number and permitted event format for the particular yacht.
