This notice describes what happens to the details you send Cap & Compass.
The details included in your charter message
We ask for a name and two contact details: email and telephone. A message and programme preferences can be added if useful. The enquiry inbox receives that information so we can reply. Leave out passport scans, payment information and sensitive medical records.
Security and choices stored in your browser
Saving a yacht style keeps its identifier on your device through local storage. It remains a planning preference, and you can remove it on the compare page. No analytics or advertising scripts are included on this website.
Sending the form uses a first-party security cookie marked HTTP-only. The server also holds short-lived abuse-prevention and duplicate-request records, including request identifiers and hashed network identifiers.
Email and follow-up
Your request travels through the website’s hosting and mail services. It does not sign you up for marketing. Delivery cannot be taken as a guarantee of inbox receipt. If sending fails, retain a copy of the details and submit them again later.
Questions or deletion requests
Write to [email protected] if you want to ask about, correct or delete enquiry information. Identify the original request with the relevant details and avoid attaching personal papers that are not needed. Some records may have to remain for operational or legal retention reasons.
