Antibes yacht charter for clients and colleagues
Bring the purpose of the Antibes gathering into the first enquiry. A confidential conversation, a hosted meal and a team outing each need a different use of the yacht.
Your Antibes charter, from boarding to return
Send the date, the people coming and your preferred part of the Riviera. We will work through the yacht and departure choices so your quote covers the trip you actually want.
- Your departure
- Antibes boarding point agreed in your proposal
- Your guests
- Include everyone joining the trip
- Your quote
- Charter duration, crew and the services you select
Design a programme that belongs on the water
Decide whether the event is intended to strengthen relationships, thank a team or give a small group time together between meetings. Those goals usually need unhurried conversation rather than a crowded schedule. If formal remarks are necessary, place them in one defined part of the programme and describe the audience clearly.
A yacht’s maximum passenger figure does not show whether everyone can hear a speaker or eat at one table. Request the relevant seating photographs and explain which guests need to remain on the main deck. Ask how the crew would arrange the group while underway and while stopped; the most useful area can change between those moments.
Treat the shore schedule as a firm constraint
Antibes may be the starting point for guests staying elsewhere on the Riviera. Collect their actual meeting places and earliest arrival times before choosing the charter hours. Do not let a convenient-looking harbour name hide transfers from a hotel in Cannes, a conference venue or accommodation on the other side of the cap.
If the group must return for a dinner or onward journey, give that deadline and request a sensible margin. A shorter, well-paced coastal programme can serve a business gathering better than a distant destination with constant clock watching. Guests should receive one meeting instruction and a named organiser’s contact once the departure is confirmed.
Specify hospitality and working requirements
Describe the meal format, dietary needs and intended level of service. A seated lunch, informal drinks and a catered reception have different preparation and clearing requirements. Ask whether the proposed crew arrangement includes a host or chef and how many guests can be served together in the preferred area.
List screens, sound equipment, charging needs or connectivity separately. If the event includes sensitive discussion, ask about privacy rather than assuming a saloon provides acoustic separation. Branding, photography and external suppliers also need the operator’s agreement. Confirm installation and removal time; a charter’s cruising hours do not automatically include a production team’s setup period.
Give the decision-maker a comparable proposal
For internal approval, ask each option to state the actual yacht, berth, operating hours and guest allowance in the same way. Place catering, fuel, service, tax treatment and transfers alongside the charter charge. Differences in scope can otherwise make a lower headline figure appear better suited than it really is.
Nominate the person who can approve changes to the route or guest list on the day. The captain remains responsible for the safe operating plan, while the organiser controls the business programme. Your enquiry can request a model or layout, but a complete proposal must establish the vessel, crew and departure available for the chosen date.
Checks for the course you have chosen
Can we invite guests who join only for drinks?
Describe any staggered arrival or berth-based part of the event. The operator must confirm whether that format, guest list and marina arrangement are possible.
Is a presentation system included?
Only when the identified yacht and quote specify it. Supply your equipment needs early rather than relying on a general description of a luxury saloon.
