Group yacht enquiries in Antibes

Count everyone boarding in Antibes, including children. Then check the yacht’s certified day capacity. Cabins describe sleeping arrangements; they cannot tell you how many guests may join a daytime charter.

Start with passenger numbers and deck use

Then describe how the party will use the space. A seated lunch, a moving cocktail gathering and separate quiet areas need different deck plans even with the same total number of guests.

A single organiser can keep arrival simple. Send one set of confirmed marina instructions and agree how late arrivals will be handled before anyone begins travelling to the port.

Match the deck spaces to the chosen course

Use the deck plan to compare Antibes yacht options. Find the covered seating, dining area and path between the cockpit and saloon; these often explain comfort better than a long equipment list.

Ask whether the swim platform or tender is available for the planned activity. Equipment on board is not automatically included for unrestricted guest use, particularly when conditions change.

For a longer charter, separate daytime guest areas from overnight accommodation. Cabins, crew quarters and day seating should be described on their own terms.

Keep the course and group in one brief

At Port Vauban, use the crew’s entrance and berth details. The harbour is large enough that an old-town meeting point and the yacht’s actual quay may be quite different places.

An Antibes celebration often brings together guests staying in several Riviera towns. Set one boarding point and a realistic arrival time before building the rest of the event around it.

Keep the scope together

Lunch on the yacht and lunch at a coastal restaurant need different plans. Choose the one you want before the Antibes route takes shape. A restaurant stop adds landing arrangements as well as time away from the boat.

Compare Antibes charter proposals on the same basis: actual yacht, duration, group size, departure and intended route. Otherwise a lower headline can conceal a different day.
