Which details clarify the Antibes request?

Antibes departure and intended coast; Day charter or evening outing; Number of guests and dining plans; Motor yacht, sailing or larger crewed yacht. Send the contact details first, with as much of the departure brief as you have settled.

Does the first route request allocate a vessel?

Sending this enquiry does not hold a yacht or create a reservation. A booking follows only after the operator’s availability, terms and payment process are agreed.

Can the route change?

Around Cap d’Antibes, a change in wind direction can alter which side feels comfortable. A bright forecast on land does not settle the sea-state question. Ask the skipper when the route will be confirmed and which nearby alternative works for your group.

What determines the price?

Compare Antibes charter proposals on the same basis: actual yacht, duration, group size, departure and intended route. Otherwise a lower headline can conceal a different day. Ask how fuel, catering, harbour charges and any repositioning are handled. A yacht based elsewhere may still be an option, but its movement to Antibes should not appear as a surprise later.

Can dining be included in the route brief?

Lunch on the yacht and lunch at a coastal restaurant need different plans. Choose the one you want before the Antibes route takes shape. A restaurant stop adds landing arrangements as well as time away from the boat. Onboard lunch needs more than a handsome table in a photograph. Confirm the number of dining places, catering style, crew service and whether the food suits the available galley.

Where do we meet?

At Port Vauban, use the crew’s entrance and berth details. The harbour is large enough that an old-town meeting point and the yacht’s actual quay may be quite different places.

Can boarding help be discussed in advance?

The route from Port Vauban to the yacht may include a long quay, a moving gangway and changes of level. Describe any mobility requirements before choosing a vessel.

How do we plan a birthday around the course?

Bring a small group together off Antibes with enough room to enjoy the day. The first choices are practical: a seated lunch or informal food, music or conversation, and whether the route matters more than time at a stop.
